Pricing

Priced per site, because that is how the work happens.

Everyone else charges by submission volume. That prices the thing that costs us almost nothing and ignores the thing that costs us most — setting a site up properly and watching it. So we charge for sites, and the enquiries are unlimited.

Setup: £150–£250 once, per site

One-off, per site. We wire the forms up, test every one end to end, and fix what we find broken before you pay a penny of subscription. Sites after the first on the same stack are £75 — the second site on a theme we already know is not the same job as the first.

14-day trial on any paid plan. No card, no auto-charge — we set it up with you.

Past ten sites, the rate comes down

Our cost is per agency, not per site. You are one contact, one invoice and one support thread whether you bring ten sites or ninety, and the nightly check on site ninety-one is a few HTTP requests. So the rate falls as you add them, and what you charge your own clients stays entirely your business.

SitesRate each

11–25 £7
26–50 £5

10 sites £100/mo £10 a site
25 sites £205/mo £8.20 a site
50 sites £330/mo £6.60 a site
100 sites £505/mo £5.05 a site

Rates are marginal, not banded — your first ten sites stay at £10 each however many you add, so taking on one more site can never raise the price of the ones you already have.

There is no free tier. There is a £150 audit instead.

Everything above asks you to believe a claim about forms you cannot see failing. That is a lot to take on faith, so you can buy the evidence on its own first.

£150 form audit, one site, no subscription

We test every form on one site end to end and send you what we found, working or not. Buy it on its own with no subscription. If you go ahead afterwards it comes off the setup fee, so the audit ends up costing you nothing.

Why the audit is not free

It is a person opening every page of your site and testing every form on it by hand. That is hours of real work, and it is the part that finds the faults. Free would mean either not doing it properly or doing it for nothing.

Why it costs nothing in the end

The audit is the first half of setting a site up, so if you go ahead we do not charge for it twice — it comes off the setup fee. Pay it, read the report, and decide then.

Questions about price

Why per site rather than per submission?
Submission volume is the cheapest part of running this. Setting a site up properly and watching it every night is the expensive part, and that cost is per site. Charging for the cheap thing and ignoring the expensive one is how you end up unable to support your own customers.
What counts as a site?
One domain. Every form on it is included, and there is no cap on how many enquiries they receive.
What if I have more than ten sites?
The rate drops as you add them, and it is marginal rather than banded — 11–25 at £7 each, 26–50 at £5 each, 51 and up at £3.50 each. Fifty sites comes to £330 a month, or £6.60 a site. We can do that because our cost is per agency, not per site: you are one contact and one invoice whether you bring ten sites or ninety.
Do the wholesale rates mean I have to resell at your prices?
No. What you charge your own clients is entirely yours, and most agencies bill it on at £20 to £25 a site. The rates fall as you grow specifically so your margin per site improves as you add them.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — ten months for twelve. Individual is £15 a month per site, or £10 a month if you pay for the year.
Is the setup fee really necessary?
It is the honest price of the work. Every site we have taken on so far had at least one fault we had to find and fix before it worked properly, and that takes hours, not minutes. Sites after the first on the same stack are £75, because by then we know the theme. If you would rather not commit, buy the £150 audit on its own and put it towards setup later.
What if the audit finds nothing wrong?
Then you have a report saying so, which is what you paid for. It has not happened yet — every site we have looked at had at least one fault — but a clean bill of health is a legitimate outcome and we are not going to invent a fault to justify the fee.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you can export everything you have on the way out. Monthly means monthly.
